The rest of this week will start off cooler on Tuesday, with highs mainly in the mid to upper 80s. It will not be as hot as it was recently. The forecast for Wednesday is pretty much the same, with highs in the upper 80s but could touch 90. However, on Thursday the heat begins to build once again ahead of our next heatwave. Highs will range from 90-93 F. Friday the heat is on. Highs will be toasty, ranging from 94-97 F. Saturday looks like a high of 94. Sunday could actually reach 98 or 99 F.
Precipitation:
Tuesday there could be early leftover showers and storms from earlier. Otherwise expect a partly cloudy day. Late Tuesday into Wednesday some heavy rain moves through which could be in the form of more thunderstorms. Wednesday looks like hit-or-miss showers and thunderstorms. Thursday things will finally dry out, but also will begin to heat up. Chances of precipitation will go down through the weekend as our heatwave takes shape.
