If we’re looking for a possible scenario for landfall, this would be it. The latest run of the European model shows a classic Wilmington strike.
This would be a huge blow to the town if Matthew struck as a category 3 or higher hurricane.
As of now the Euro model has been consistent with a Carolina landfall. The Euro has performed well with previous hurricane tracks.
