CFSv2 Shows Warm And Dry While GEFS Shows Cold

The CFSv2 or Climate Forecast System Version 2, is indicating above normal temperatures across much of the East into the end of this month. Also, the outlook into February is also warm and dry. For now the CFSv2 is indicating a warm and dry start to February, however the model may not be 100 percent correct.
