Halloween Forecast and Beyond

As of now, Halloween looks like it should be fine for trick-or-treating, across much of the Eastern US. High pressure will likely be in control, bringing the eastern 3rd of the country a dry and chilly Halloween.  Shown are temperature departures from average for 10/31.
