Latest 8pm model runs now take Hurricane Matthew to the west of the previous forecast track. This is due to the storm not making the northward turn as initially expected.
Matthew is now likely a category 5 hurricane and is extremely dangerous.
Interests anywhere in the Carolinas need to closely monitor this situation.
