Latest Short-Range totals into 6am Thursday

The HRRR is a decent model for forecasting short-term. Also, some banding associated with these storms is picked up by the hrrr’s hi resolution algorithms. These totals are ONLY through 6am, and are NOT storm totals. There will also be some sleet mixing in at first, so don’t expect monster amounts right off the bat. The coastal areas will be the hardest hit. This storm will also drop snow over NYC, east of DC, and Philly. Then it will dump heavy amounts over New England.

Stay safe, and stay off the roads if you don’t need to be out. Have fun and send video and pics if you can!
