As severe weather is outbreaking in the Deep South tonight, this storm system will move our way tomorrow Wednesday. The overall storm system will not be as strong, and we can just expect mainly rain, but there could be some embedded rumbles of thunder. Morning lows Thursday behind a strong cold front will range from the low to mid 30s to near 40 at the coast (below).

On Friday, some of us could be even colder, with morning lows ranging from the low to upper 30s. Some spots across eastern NC could even dip into the upper 20s.
This will all come after a fast-moving batch of rain tomorrow morning. It could get windy as this batch of rain pushes through, and behind the front as it moves east and leaves.

Enjoy your Wednesday and rest of the week!
