Hello! We’re back to articles. Glad you could stop by and read an update in the latest upcoming cold snap. For Thanksgiving, gusty winds will usher in much colder air overnight into Friday morning, with widespread lows in the 30s for most outside of the mountains. Lows will be in the 20s in the mountains.
But then Saturday morning the first real chill of the season sets in. Lows are in the image below for Saturday sunrise.
However, stay tuned for even colder on Monday and Tuesday mornings. Lows will be in the 20s for most, with a range of low to mid 20s for NC and low 30s across SC. Tuesday will also be a cold morning, perhaps as cold as Monday.
Temperatures will be below freezing across the region. Outdoor faucets and plumbing should be shut off for the season. Temperatures will be in the 10s in the mountains. Take precautions to prevent pipe bursts from freezing outdoors.
We will have more! Thanks for checking out our site, and please like and comment on our FB post!
