Rain will overspread the region from south to north today. South Carolina will see rain before North Carolina does, and it will start in the morning. Throughout the day, rain will slowly work its way into across the border into NC but not until later in the day or perhaps after dark. Not looking like a nice day for the SC beaches. Highs today will mainly be in the mid 70s if the rain stays away long enough and if clouds don’t move in too early. Otherwise becoming cloudy in NC with rain moving in from the south.
