Dangerous air temperatures today will pave the way for even higher heat index values. Limit time outdoors and if you must be outside, limit outdoor activities outside of the hottest part of the day which is from 2-6 pm. Drink plenty of hydrating fluids and seek air conditioning. Tomorrow will be even hotter, so take it easy! Consult your local NWS office for heat related safety recommendations and official forecasts.
