First Half of September to be Below Normal

We are looking at below normal temperatures to start of September here in the East. At first, it will mainly be due to rain, however when the rain ends, cooler and drier air will filter in from the north. Blue sunny skies and chilly nights are ahead! Some locations in the far North will drop into the upper 40s. Elsewhere, no heatwaves in sight.
