Forecast Discussion:
Thursday will be partly cloudy with the exception of some light showers in the mountains of North Carolina and along the coast of the Carolinas. Temperatures will be hot and in the high 60’s in the North Carolina and in the 70’s in eastern North Carolina and all of South Carolina. Winds will be weak in the morning, however the by the end of the day winds will be blowing strong at 10-15 mph out of the southeast.
Three Day Outlook:
On Friday a squall of thunderstorms will move through the Carolinas throughout the day. Overnight Friday and into Saturday morning a cold front will move into the region as a low pressure system moves to the north keeping temperatures cool over the weekend. Expect cloudy skies during the day Saturday, and mostly sunny skies on Sunday.
