Holiday Weekend Remains Unsettled

As the remnants of what was short-lived Tropical Storm Colin move offshore, remaining showers and storms will possibly interfere with fireworks activities tonight and tomorrow night. Juice from this tropical system will cause numerous showers and thunderstorms into the evening hours both nights for many. However, some may get wet and others may remain completely dry. Highs today will be in the mid 90s for Charlotte, but lower for anywhere else that gets a storm. Monday the 4th of July is not looking as hot, with widespread highs in the upper 80s. Please DRIVE SAFELY and celebrate safely this holiday weekend!
