Monday Southern Snow Final Call

03/11/2018

This upcoming storm has been a tricky one to forecast, but we are now locking in on a final call map. Anywhere within the green area can have a coating of snow, but more likely toward the blue boundary. Western VA and WV appear to be the winners with this storm. Hard to get snow in Hampton Roads based on our experience.

This is a low confidence forecast, since the two features that will combine or “phase” together have not done so yet. Also this is not a long-duration event. The storm will be gone as quickly as it came on Monday. Timing is Monday morning into Monday afternoon.
