More Snow on the Way

We are again talking about the threat of snow from the Midwest to the Mid-Atlantic and then into the Northeast. This threat will be coming this weekend (Jan 19th-Jan 21st) and is expected to be bigger then the last event. The threat area for potential snow is shown below:

Some areas in the white could see upwards of two feet of snow. Models are in very good agreement on a storm for this weekend as well.

Unlike the last storm, the northern and southern jet will phase, allowing this storm to travel up the East Coast rather than being suppressed to the south.

Precipitation type and totals are still yet to be determined, but one thing for sure is another big snowstorm is on the way.

We will have more details regarding this storm in the coming days, so make sure you follow along with us!
