Remnants of Irma Will Bring Cooler Than Normal Conditions to South

Summer is coming to a close, and will transition to fall later this month. Meteorological Fall actually started on September 1st, and many of us are feeling it here in the East. While the remnants of Irma drift over the South, cooler than normal conditions are expected as well as rainy. This trend will continue into the middle of next week, around the 14th or so. Out West and the Upper Plains will be above normal.
