COLD TIMES AHEAD FOR THE EAST COAST
Take a look at these projected low temperatures for Saturday morning. Granted, this may not be unheard of, but winter will definitely pay us a visit.
This is for Saturday 7am EST.
North Dakota will wake up to single digits in spots.
There will be chill this weekend as the above cold front pushes east. On Sunday morning, many of us could wake up to temperatures in the 30s.
This weekend, however, will not be as extreme of an event as the middle of next week. We will be looking at a series of polar outbreaks here in the east. Next week still has been consistent for a very deep trough for our region for this time of year.
Next Wednesday’s departure from normal will be 20 degrees below average for many from Florida to the Northeast!
If you buy fuel oil to heat your home, lock in those prices now since this winter could be rough. Also stock up on firewood.
