As much colder air will be in place this weekend, another bigger blast of cold air will move through early next week. As a result of the colder air moving in behind the system, snow is possible on the western side of the mountains on Tuesday or Monday into Tuesday next week. Accumulations are not expected to be heavy with the exception of western PA and into upstate NY. For the South, this means that snowpack will be in place to reinforce any cold air that we get here. We will have more details as this situation develops!
