Another Round of Storms Possible Midweek

We are not trying to raise any alarms, but rather awareness for Wednesday and Thursday next week. There could be some some strong storms as another storms system moves in from our west. As for now, we are outlining the western Carolinas, however this may change as we get closer to Wednesday.

The cause for our outlook is upper-level energy heading our way on Wednesday, which could be enough to touch off showers and storms. The darker the color below, the more intense the upper-level energy.

We are not saying there will be tornadoes, or even severe storms, but for now the forecast looks somewhat favorable for thunderstorms. It is April, and this is not uncommon.

However storms have been hitting midweek, and this falls within the recent cadence. As they say, “don’t be scared, be prepared.”

Have a wonderful weekend!
