If you do not like the cold, there is no rest for the weary. Absolutely frigid temperatures are moving in, however it is not uncommon to see subzero temperatures in the North this time of year. Nonetheless, bring pets inside and protect animals outdoors. This cold will spill all the way down into Florida, causing a freeze in the orange groves there. Look at the -20 below 0 F temperatures in Canada! Wind chill values will be even lower, in the -20s to -40s in far northern locations.

Even COLDER is possible for Sunday morning. Temperatures around 1 am on Sunday are Subzero across much of PA and in the -10s across New England.
