Cool-Down for the Carolinas Next Week?

Is there anyone else that is tired of the humid and overall yucky conditions with the off-and-on rain? I am. It would be nice to be able to push these conditions away. The latest Euro is showing this is possible next week, around Monday or so. We would cool down to about 10 degrees F below average. Below is next Tuesday morning, but the coldest air will makes its way east on Wednesday. It will feel good to cool weather lovers.

Will the chill stick around? We are seeing signs that it might erode by the end of next week, as things could warm up once again. The Euro ensemble has either leftover cold or warm air surging back in, but it looks like the warm could win out.

What is Thanksgiving looking like? It’s still too early to tell, but we did see potentially record warm temperatures. But it’s too early to tell. And this does not have any impact on the winter forecast either way, whether the end of this month is warm or cold.
