Forecast Discussion:

This Thursday there will be scattered showers in the western Carolinas, with the most persistent heavy rain in the mountains of North Carolina, where the greatest accumulations of rain will occur. Rain will be most prevalent in the morning and slowly taper off during the day. Temperatures will be hot along the east coast and get colder further inland, with north west winds blowing at 5-10 mph.

Three Day Outlook:

There will be a chance of rain throughout the weekend as a boundary finally moves through the region. Temperatures will remain cool and in the 40’s Friday and Saturday, however it wont last long due to the warm air set to return on Sunday.
