Daily Forecast for 12/11

Daily Forecast for 12/11:

Discussion:

Tuesday will continue to be below average and our secondary system moves out. A few early morning snow/rain showers are possible for eastern North Carolina as the system exits. Be careful on the roadways Tuesday morning as melting and refreezing will occur overnight Monday. Temperatures in the morning on Tuesday will be around the freezing mark which will create slippery spots.

Next 3 Days:

High pressure will move into the region by mid-week and help raise temperatures back to around average in the Eastern US. Our next trouble maker comes at the end of the week, although as of now it looks like a rain maker we are continuing to watch the possibility of wintry precipitation to fall.
