Daily Forecast for May 30th, 2019

Partly sunny and still fairly steamy across much of the Carolinas with the more balanced exception being of course the mountainous areas. A stray shower or storm is possible just about anywhere, but there is a slightly better risk of shower and storm development in the afternoon and evening east of I-95 from near Greenville, North Carolina to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Some downpours and gusty winds are possible with storms in that area. Highs will be mainly in the 80s in the Mountains , 90s for the Piedmont, and 90s to 100 in spots near the coast. Stay cool!
