Daily Forecast for Weather Conditions and High Temperatures for North and South Carolina

Daily Forecast for Saturday: The End of the “Cool” Period

Happy Saturday everyone! I would highly recommend doing some outdoor activities today. Starting Sunday, the temperatures are going to start rising again. By mid-week, we will all be right back into the upper 90s and heat indices well into the 100°+ range.

As for the weather on Saturday, there will still be a chance for pop up thunderstorms. However, the storms should be more widely scattered than they were on Friday. The best chances for seeing thunderstorms will be along the NC/SC border, from Columbia to Fayetteville. That being said, everyone has at least a 20% chance to see some kind of storm development Saturday.

So, enjoy the “cool” temperatures while you can. The warm-up kicks off in earnest starting Monday.
