Charlotte and the surrounding area will experience one of, if not the coldest morning so far this season. Elsewhere will also experience a cold start. The day will start off sunny but then clouds make their way into the picture later in the day. We are not expecting any precipitation. Everyone bundle up in the am and enjoy your day!
