East Coast Chill Expected Thanksgiving

To many cool weather lover’s dreams, we could actually have quite a chilly Thanksgiving this year. Last year around this time webcams showed people on the beach at Myrtle Beach, and it was windy. This year however, we don’t think they will be so quick to swimsuit-up.

An upper-level trough will swing through the East Coast on the 22nd, and cold air will be in place on Thursday the 23rd which is Thanksgiving. Widespread lows could be in the 30s Thursday and Friday mornings. And the chill looks to last into Thanksgiving weekend.

Cold for shopping! Be ready to use a coat outside this year. We are not sure if this is telling or not for the upcoming winter for cold and snow, but it’s what you want to see.

All for now
