What can we expect for Valentine’s Day across much of North and South Carolina? That’s right, more rain! While parts of northern NC will start with freezing rain, most of it should turn to plain rain later in the day. However, an ice storm could continue up in VA.
A steady rain will persist across much of NC and SC. To the west in the mountains, we can expect a lighter rain, or off-and-on. It will be a cold raw day, with highs not making it out of the 30s for many! Some spots will touch 40. Stay warm and dry!
