GEFS Shows Matthew Staying Offshore, Heads to New England

Tropical storm Matthew will stay off the coast of NC as he moves northward and eventually northeast. The storm could make 2 different landfalls before moving into the North Atlantic. Find out more by becoming a member by clicking here.
