More Rain for the East Coast This Week

Over the next 5 days, more rain will move up the East Coast from the Gulf. Many locations have had more than enough rain so far this season. Some towns such as Greensboro in NC have had a record amount of rainfall in 2018. This trend appears to carry into 2019, into the first week or so. Heavier amounts will be in the Deep South along the Gulf Coast. Heavier rains also make it up the I-85 corridor through Atlanta and Charlotte. No snow in the short-range. Sunday is the next possible day where it could be completely dry, and drier overall heading into next week.
