Multiple Shots at Wintry Weather until End of Month

We would not be surprised to see at least one round of wintry conditions over the next 8 days or so. The southern branch of the jet stream is quite active, and could spell multiple storm threats across the Southeast until the end of this month.

Not every storm coming out of the Gulf will be a snow-maker, however we are watching a potential system next weekend on the 29th. The below is only for a possible scenario and is not to be taken at face value.

There is also a rain-maker on Tuesday next week before this next potential bigger system. With the storms coming up out of the Gulf, our wintry chances go up somewhat.

Everyone enjoy the snow day today (Saturday 1/22)!
