Our First Taste of Fall as We Approach the End of This Month

As we head into the end of the month, we will get our first taste of fall-like temperatures. Below-average temperatures are expected and we will feel cool crisp air moving in.  A powerful cold front will be moving in from the west and will be responsible for our below-normal temperatures later this month.

Morning low temperatures are only expected to be in the upper 50s to low 60s for the Carolinas and Virginia.  While it won’t be extremely cold, there will be a noticeable change in temperatures.

We will have to wait and see if the cold will last or will we warm back up again. But for now, it will remain warm until the cold front moves in later this month.  Stay tuned as we will bring you the latest updates with this pattern change.
