Potential Severe Storms Threaten Carolinas Wednesday

Severe storms that rolled through Texas and Louisiana will make their way to our area Wednesday. The storms may not be as strong as they move into our area, however we should still remain on full alert. There could be a series of severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings. If there are, heed all warning information from the NWS.

Storms could begin to fire in the morning hours into the early afternoon. Be ready any time of day if you live in the yellow area. The dark green area might no completely escape any severe storms.

Remember, tornadoes can form with little warning. Therefore, have a source for watches and warnings throughout the day tomorrow. Safety first.

Consult your local NWS office for all official information.
