Things FINALLY dry up this weekend!

Ever since May, it seems like there has been rain every week. Either in the form of thunderstorms or times of rain when it just would not quit. Up until now. The latest radar today shows much of the Carolinas still under the threat for flash flooding.

But there’s hope for the sun to shine. On Sunday and especially Monday, things heat up once again. This time, it could actually feel like summer. Highs will return to the low 90s for South Carolina and in the upper 80s to low 90s for North Carolina.

But it doesn’t last long. Take a look at the cooler air to the west in the Euro image below valid Monday 8pm. It will cool off once again. This is not shaping up to be a hot summer.
